This means lots of work, lots of responsibility, and lots of tangible change. We are creative with our solutions, tenacious in our approach, and see the fruit of our labor every day.
We believe that high expectations give rise to high quality work. Our team is small, agile, and hands out as much responsibility as you can take. Our job is to make your success possible, and yours is to make it happen.
Surprising as it may seem, we're not perfect. We are constantly improving as an organization and as individuals, and facilitate this process informally day-to-day and through formal feedback sessions, our mentorship program, and monthly trainings.
Friday afternoon beers, company retreats, team dinners over games of Mafia and pranking anyone who’s left their laptop unguarded are all staples of our culture. If you’re going to be in a trash business, these are the people to do it with.
